1483 Let me tell you the story of my car's engine.
Once upon a time (2016) we installed an engine (because the old one didn't work properly) into a car. The engine didn't play nice with the Weber carburetors and we didn't figure out what was wrong. I spent 130€ on new jets and venturies for the carburetors that were supposedly the perfect size for that particular engine size. It only made the issue worse. The following year we uninstalled the engine because we were upgrading to an automatic transmission and decided to change some innards. I spent about €600 on a new camshaft and rockers, and the day (2018) we meant to install them, we noticed the engine had taken frost damage during the last winter. Then I decided to hand in the block and my extra bits to a tuning workshop, so they could repair the damage and install the new parts. Expected costs about 1.200€. A couple weeks later I received a phone call from them. The pistons were damaged, probably by the water, the crankshaft had a lot of give and the head was cracked (explaining why it didn't play nice with the carbs). So we decided he was to source a new head, install forged pistons and replace the camshaft bits that needed replacing. Expected price for the new parts on top of everything was going to run me up another 1000€ + labor. Earlier this week they called me up and explained the detailed situation. In short, there were two options. Either get it simply botched together with the minimum expenses or doing it the way he'd do it if it were his own engine. The first option would cost about 3000€ including labor and taxes and didn't really give me anything more than I'd get at a junkyard for 500€. The second option, which I went for, adds parts from a bigger block and enables running unleaded fuel on top of giving more power. However that option is expected to cost me about 4000€ when all is said and done. And it doesn't include a weighted flywheel, because that's still installed in the car - and the car's hidden away in the back of a carport (also it's freezing outside and I don't like cold that much).
We'll see in about a month how much it'll end up costing. But what I have no idea if I can manage to come up with that much money within a month. Buying that house last year kind of drained my savings).
1485 You can't really get a new car from 1971 anymore, so I have no idea. It's not my daily driver - that one's worth approx 2500€ if I were to guess (whole car). Edit: Actually I do know. According to Risse Motorsport in Germany, a bone stock engine would cost 3800€ and a racing engine 9000€ - mine will end up being something in between. Right, yeah, I just have no context for what these things should cost, and then there is the added conversion to euros which I am apparently too lazy to google. Seems quite costly though
Oh crap. That almost sounds as if something was botched in between. It's a shame you're not living closer to us or I'd ask my brother for a proper estimate, because in my experience mechanics have a habit of overcharging.
On the up side, I managed to give your deck a run
My first (and in some places still active) screen name was Ellena. This became Ellster. Elster is the German word for magpie. Therefore I am sometimes called Mag Pie. Although my name is not Mag. But I do like pie.
Well, I lost three times out of three, but I managed to be one of the last two standing in a four player match and a five player match (the first match I played was a two player), so I guess it's doing fine. I'm gonna need a while longer to figure it out completely, but it has some very nice mechanics.

The drawback of the decks is that it tries to be a tribal and enchantment deck at once. Change to voltron and it'll kick ass with someone like uril as commander. When building I was limited to spare cards, so it isn't completely ideal.
Edit: Here's my voltron deck - you have some cards in common with it: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/720417#paper
8 creatures
9 instants/sorceries
1 artifact
10 enchantments
15 lands (basics included)
for a total of 43 cards in common
Well, it is fun to play. I currently don't have the money to change it over completely, but I'm gonna have a look if I can modify it a little with my own spares. Next Friday I'm going to test out the 100 card collection that wants to be my werewolf Commander deck first though xD

I do have a couple of force flips, but I am still missing an Immerwolf for this deck and I haven't much looked into others yet.

The werewolf is red green with Ulrich as Commander. I still need a Sol Ring, Command Tower and Immerwolf and a few werewolfs, like Anwerber der Dämmerwache (ideally at least two of him, still need one for my modem deck too) and Mayor of Avabruck. Also diverse red /green non-standard lands. Those are the ones I know from the top of my head, there's aac few more I can't remember right now and I haven't looked much into what else is out there yet beyond the stuff I already know. But it's 100 cards strong and kinda fun in multiplayer.

In your deck there's a Sol ring, I just need one for my self built one. I'll have a look at those two, but I don't have the time / money to change much of what I have so it'll be a gradual transition at best.
I don't have kessig wolf run yet, I'll add that to the list. Thanks.

Yikes, that is quite the tale of woe. How much does that sort of repair cost versus the cost of acquiring a new car?

According to google add 14%
As for what these things should cost - it's a specialty market, so really whatever the heck the craftsmen want it to cost.

I didn't expect sol ring to be missing. Anyway, here you can see what cards typically are in an ulrich werewolf deck : https://edhrec.com/commanders/ulrich-of-the-krallenhorde-werewolf-tribal
Also, may I suggest this commander instead if you're going wide: https://edhrec.com/commanders/gahiji-honored-one-werewolf-tribal
He'll add white to your commander identity, so you can add stuff like swords to plowshares, fumigate and the like (or land tax if you're feeling fancy).
ps. Got kessig wolf run?
